Oreepha Boutique Return & Store Credit Policy

At Oreepha Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns.

Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, free of stains, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Items returned that do not meet these requirements may be denied.

Store Credit

  • Approved returns will receive store credit for the purchase price of the item(s).
  • Store credit will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Store credit does not expire and may be used on any future purchase at Oreepha Boutique.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Clearance and sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, and earrings
  • Any item marked “Final Sale”

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Oreepha Boutique is not responsible for lost return packages.
