Oreepha Boutique Return & Store Credit Policy
At Oreepha Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns.
Returns
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, free of stains, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Items returned that do not meet these requirements may be denied.
Store Credit
- Approved returns will receive store credit for the purchase price of the item(s).
- Store credit will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Store credit does not expire and may be used on any future purchase at Oreepha Boutique.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Clearance and sale items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized items
- Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, and earrings
- Any item marked “Final Sale”
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Oreepha Boutique is not responsible for lost return packages.
